All Together

Students should not be separated by their abilities and performance because this allows us to be open to new and different ideas. By doing this we have the opportunity to learn from each other. It also makes us feel more comfortable being able to work with anyone. Sometimes working with people who think just like you things can get a little competitive over superiority in the subject. By working with people with different ideas allows students to learn from each other. In freedom writers Max states “I think we need to work with people we probably wouldn’t otherwise want to work with.

” In other words Max is saying it is good to work with people who have different perspectives and think different then you. I agree with Max because this is a way you’re introduced to new ideas from which you can learn from. For students to be open to work with anyone creates a more comfortable ambiance. In Freedom Writers Thai states “It creates a better environment to have everyone together and learning”. With this he means that people feel better working with everyone.

I agree with Thai because I have noticed this better environment in class. When people with the same ideas work together some seek to obtain leadership of the group and this is where things can get a little competitive. My friend Ashley says “Sometimes I can’t work with people who think like me because they try to be better than you”. Here she clearly states how for her it sometimes isn’t good to work with people with the same ideas. I completely agree with her because I have personally experienced this.

Students should not be separated by their abilities and performance. It is always good to be open to new ideas. Learning from other people’s perspectives can be really helpful. What do you think?
