I asked my dad, “how much education do you think these candidates have to go through to be in a position to be president?” He said that, “they have to go to school way longer than me or you have to.” That got me thinking about education and how important it is.
My dad is a pretty successful business man and he went through some pretty tough schooling. Compared to most people my dad had a lot of education. It’s the same thing with my mom, before she decided to be a stay at home mom she went through some pretty tough school to. The presidential candidates and anyone who is successful is a perfect example of why education is so important. I’m not saying that everyone has to go to school to be a president, but you can go to school and get education for what you want to be.
Whether you want to be a musician or a teacher or a coach or a scientist you need education to get their.I believe that education is one of the most important things a person can do with their life. Education is like is food and water, you need it to survive. Without education you make your life a whole lot harder. It’s like if someone dropped you in a game you don’t know how to play and your expected to win.
If you get education you automatically increase your chances of getting a good job. Without education in this day in age its almost impossible to get a good paying job. Without education think about what you wouldn’t be able to do. You wouldn’t be able to read or write, use math in situations that we normally would think is easy, or just imply logic that we think is well known facts to our everyday lives. The definition of education is, “the act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge.” Education isn’t just the hard stuff that you think “when am I going to use this in my everyday lives.
” Education is the stuff that you do use in your everyday lives.When all is set and done education is vital to living a good and happy life. The point of education isn’t just to sit in class and pretend to listen to the teacher. It’s bigger than that. It’s about things you’re going to need forever.
Not just the structure of an atom, or tribes of ancient Africa. Those things are important but it’s bigger than that. The stuff you learn now is going to help you live a good and successful life later. Education is a big deal if you don’t do it, but an even bigger deal if you do do it.
