People Should Be in the Center of Business Processes
Business processes are important in the development of an enterprise. But people should be the center of it.
For processes to have validity, it is important that actions are comfortable and productive.

People-Centric Processes Dear Marta, I totally agree with your position.
The people need to be involved to perform changes in the company and especially companies need to listen to what people are saying to make real changes.

Involve Customers and Employees in the Design Actually the company needs to know what is the custumer for them. Therefore for the company it's very important your development team joins with workers and customers.

For Process to Have Validity Dear Ahmed: I am sure there are ways of interpreting the reasons for which the employee is not comfortable and productive. I hope I interpreted your question correctly.

People will Challenge the Processes in a Healthy Organisation @Ahmed Ali Ibrahim: If the people involved in a process, feel free and able to challenge its weaknesses, and propose improvements - you have a healthy organisation.
If it is a single individual who ignores his colleagues and stands alone, this may be an indication that the organisation's process improvement system does not adequately involve peer groups in the review of processes - or it may mean you have a disruptive employee who needs councelling.

Businesses Need Processes and Businesses Need People Dear Ms. Cenci, I agree with thought. I believe any strategy of the enterprise needs people for execution. It's impossible for an enterprise to exist and be successful without people.
