Improved PESTLE Analysis: SATERPLIDE Analysis

In my work I have found a need to improve the conventional PESTLE segmentation of the future to be more comprehensive and to allow for cause-and-effect relationships between the segments. The result is recorded with the acronym SATERPLIDE, with brief and simplified reasoning as follows:
S - SOCIAL (As observed by the UK’s Dr Patrick Dixon, the future will be driven by people, not technology). Understanding social issues is assisted by Maslow's Hierarchy of Human Needs. When people have a social issue, they adopt an
A - APPROACH, e.g. rioting, emigration. A successful approach is aided by
T - TECHNOLOGY, e.g. internet, mobile phones. This results in
E - ECONOMIC improvements. These then increase the need for
R - RESOURCES, e.g. energy, food, water. This then raises
P - POLITICAL issues as to which tribe owns the resources, often leading to conflicts. Conflict resolution is encased in
L - LEGAL solutions which can vary with
I - INTERNATIONAL conventions and
D - DEMOGRAPHIC developments, which lead to
E - ENVIRONMENTAL protests, causing (S).

Why Overcomplicate Things with Bigger PEST Acronyms?

Many argue that PESTLE is already an overcomplication of PEST.
The more things you ask for, the more things overlap.
When is social and economic different for example?
