After the bankrupting, Daewoo was reorganized into the three optimized branches: Daewoo International Corporation (trade and investing); Daewoo Engineering and Construction (building, energetic and oil and gas industry); Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (shipbuilding).
