Medical Report for a Dermatologic Condition
Making use of the following terms, write a fictitious medical report of about two paragraphs describing a dermatologic condition or disease. Focus the report on the onset, progression, location, and etiology of the condition or disease, and the treatment parameters.

Papular A small, solid, usually inflammatory elevation of the skin that does not contain pus. 11. Cryosurgery- surgery involving the local destruction of tissues by quick freezing for therapeutic benefit 12.Pruritus- Severe itching, often of undamaged skin. 13. Dermabrasion- A surgical procedure designed to remove skin imperfections, such as scars, by abrading the surface of the skin with fine sandpaper or wire brushes.

His general health is good and his only current regular medication is OTC Antihistamines for seasonal allergies and Antifungal cream to treat occasional tinea pedis. Patient has also reported recently using keratoytic medication to treat keratosis, a common wart, on the right index digit.
