Study English with Native English Teacher
Nowadays, English certificate is considered as a passport to a well-paid job. Therefore, the numbered of people learning English as the second language is increasing rapidly. Everyone wants to find out the way to study effectively. In my point of view, study English with native speaker teachers will make a big positive difference. First of all, it is made sure that native speakers understand completely about English, which they have used since they were small.
There are many words which have the same meaning in English but each is used in different situations.The native teachers know exactly about these words and as a result, the accuracy of the learners in using English will be improved. Certainly, the native teachers have no serious mistake so the learners can believe in their teachers’ knowledge. Secondly, the learners’ ability to communicate will be developed. The native teachers have to use English with their students all the time, which will help the learners speak more fluent and natural.
Not only their pronunciation but also their listening skill will be improved.Some may think that the native teachers would have problems in explaining the lesson to their students but in fact, there is no problem. They can use simples words to definite a complicated word, they can use their actions, pictures, etc.. British council, Acet, Language link, Ila have been succeeded in teaching English with their native teachers.
Finally, the learners can approach to English culture from their teachers and I believe that they will be more interested in learning this language.The graph shows the Unilever’s turnover from 1996 to 2004 in the USA, EU, and the UK. As we can see from the graph, there are lots of different trends here, but if we take a closer look, we can find out that the US and the UK have a same trend from 1996 to 2001, and then, there were EU and UK that had the same falling tendency, while the US went a very different way. From 1996 to 1998, the turnover of Unilever in the US and UK both decreased gradually, from around 52000 million dollar and 34000 million pound, respectively, to 49000 million dollar and 30000 million pound.A year after, the turnover in both country were remain constant. Then, from 1999 to 2001, there were a gradually growth.
From here, the differences appeared. The US’s turnover kept up the rising trend, while the UK reached the peak of 46704 million pound and then felt down. For the EU’ turnover, there was a little difference. From 1996 to 1999, it fluctuated at around 40000 million euro. Then it increased dramatically and peaked at 52206 million in 2001.
After that, there was a sharp decrease.
