And when he is alone one night, he felt that someone is touching his ear and calling his name. He became depressed and unable to sleep again.

He decided to withdraw and isolate himself after that. The patient would hear a word that is out of context of what was eyeing said to him changing the sentence meaning. He also became anxious about his interpersonal relationship. Withdrawal rhea patient has recovered from his illness because of medication. But when he decided to discontinue his medication, he became suspicious again. He believes that his neighbors, co-workers, and even his relatives were all conspiring against him.
