If he had the experience he would have known what to do. Such as he would have sat down done backwards planning. Starting from June 15 and working backwards seeing what he needed to get done by what date.

He would have found out that he should has all the paperwork, drug test done ahead of time. And thoroughly going over all the Information, background checks of all the candidates. After he made sure that was all good he would contact each one and let them the date of the orientation and then reserve the classroom for that date and time for orientation. Carol failed to do all of that.

He did some of the paper work but nothing near enough to get the task done.

He was new to his job and didn’t have a clue on what to do. He never really planned ahead. He put the orientation on his calendar or a note pad, never coordinated with the human resources if the room he wanted was open at that time. Or could have asked around if the class room was going to be open at for the orientation. He had 15 personal folders and several different training schedule, orientation, manuals, policy booklets, physicals, drug tests, and a host of other Issues he had to plan.

The orientation was on June 15 he waited till the day of the check the paperwork and test were complete and to see If the orientation room was open at that time.

SOLUTIONS Carol kind of knew that he didn’t have the experience to coordinate such a task. He could have and should have asked around for help. He could have even asked his boss. He might of thought, not to ask her cause if he did he would look incompetent or unable to complete a task his boss gave him. He didn’t plan ahead or coordinate the classroom for orientation, drug testing with his colleges.

He didn’t wait till the day of the check the personal folders to see if they were complete. He should have done it weeks in advance and double check. He would have had time to fix any correction or missing paper work he they needed. In the end he should have had ask for help he was unsure about himself. Things would have gone smoother and a lot better If he would have help.
