My personal definition of war is an act of bravery and heroism of citizens who have a sincere and deep yearning to serve his or her country. My sentiments go to the family of soldiers who give up their lives for their country of origin as well as innocent lives taken away during battles.

Regardless of how war is generally interpreted, it makes me realize how short and precious life is, especially when lost in the battlefield. My sentiments go to their families who feel greater sadness of the loss of their loved one. Literature in the form of written works is shaped by many influences including war.
