People need to be informed about the meaning of stress, the dangers of too much stress, and how to relieve stress.
What is stress ? Stress is “a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances”(“The Definition of Stress”). Which means something that causes strong feelings of worry in your life, like tardies homework tests and sports. These can all build up to cause stress. Their ways to get rid of stress that is to breathe in and out. There are ways that stress can be dangerous.
“Stress has been linked to illnesses that Stress Is More Dangerous Than You Think”). These diseases are very serious that they can cause death. Stress can also hurt your immune system and also disability, include cancer, lung disease, fatal accidents, suicide, and cirrhosis of the liver”.(“Nine Ways Some of you people might be saying that “stress can be bad, how can you get rid of this”. There are ways to relieve this stress. Scientists have said “When you’re feeling stressed, take a break to listening to relaxing music, eat right by eatingfruits and vegetables, also sleeping better, and exercising”.
(“10 Simple Ways to Relieve Stress”) . These were all great ways to relieve stress. But you can not lose stress you can relive it because stress is an emotion.
