Write a vignette that could be used by Tycoon to assist In overcoming the cultural change barriers that companies like Tycoon faced. What international issues might need to be taken into account in writing these vignettes? I was not clear on how to proceed. Sorry 3. Using Ford and Ford’s four types of change conversations, describe how Tycoon would go through the process of communicating change to its staff.
Initiative Conversations-
Tycoon could be assertive by stating that “We have to bring the balances under control”; and making a declaration “Building up morale will be a priory. Conversation for understanding- Tycoon would have to train its upper management on the code of conduct who in turns trains the employees. Also the newsletter would give information about the code of conduct and answered any questions that the employees had on ethical issues. Conversations for Performance- Tycoon would have every employee to sign off annually after reviewing The Guide to Ethical Conduct for employees.
This training would hold everybody accountable for their actions and the company would obligate to uphold the standards. Conversations for Closers- Tycoon would gather all data on the results of the roll of the conduct guide and participation and inform the employees of the news.
They would also give the employees the rating increase from 2002 of 1. 5 to 9. 0 rating of 2005. The financial news would be the splitting up of the company for a more solid future for the employees. 4.
Imagine you were the CEO of Tycoon when the former CEO was still on Arial for fraud.
You are trying to rebuild the company’s corporate reputation. Pay attention to the appropriate use of metaphors In your “change conversation” to this group. Change can be difficult but important and necessary for our business or for any business to attain growth and realize its full potential over the long-term.
