The studies showed that the relationship between strata of the American society had been a problem ever since. It is more seemingly now because of the growing gap among the poor and rich, which is one of the major strata in United States. The research also shows that there are significantly closer relationships within the strata than with the ones outside the strata (Kosman, 2002).According to Sowell’s (2007) researches on the cultural differences among people, the root of the problem seems to be the huge difference when it comes to income and wealth around the world. Lastly, class considerations and class-based consciousness trigger ethnocultural values, behaviors and factors of familial relation in the development of complex and stratified realities.This means that although there are ethnic differences between peoples, and in spite of the racial politics in the nation, evidence taken from participant observation and from other indirect sources imply that peoples may share so many things in common with one another, such as values. These values can be observed in different people despite the age, sex or ethnic group.
