Bullying And Its Effect On Bullying

In our community, Bullying is becoming a big problem.

Bullying in our community because it is hurtful, degrading, and causes violence. Although bullies are mean and can be very dangerous, some solutions can be the bully needs to know how they made the student feel, next they need the rules to be stated clearly and be rewarded for positive interaction, last the teachers and other adults need to create programs to address bullying.First of all the bully needs to know how they made the other person they bullied feel. The article 10 ways to help reduce bulling says that if the bully knows how they made the victim fell that they might think and feel different about what they did. This means that if the bully thinks about how they made that person feel and put themselves In their shoes then they might change their ways.

The person that is bullying should know how they made the other person feel they might have felt that way before and might not bully any more. Bully’s need to know how they made that person that they bullied feel and this is why.In addition rules need to be stated clearly and reward for positive interaction with other students. This would help because you’re giving the student that is bullying incentive to want to do good and not bully. Also this would help because there will be a zero tolerance policy for bulling because the rules are stated clearly.Finally I think that teachers and other adults should create programs to address bullying.

This should help because the bullies will have nowhere to hide their bulling sessions. Another reason is that this might help the bullies. This will help because there could be counseling groups.
