PESTの分析は何であるか。

PESTの分析は会社が作動する外的なmacro-environmentをスキャンするのに作戦のコンサルタントが使用するframeworkである。 PESTは次の要因のための略称である:

• 政治

• 経済

• 社会

• 科学技術

PESTは演劇を作戦の価値創成の機会に於いての重要な役割考慮する。 但しそれらは株式会社の制御の外に通常あり、脅威か機会として普通考慮されなければならない。 マクロ経済的な要因が大陸、国ごとに異なることができるまた更に地域が国ごとに、そう普通PESTの分析行われるべきであることを覚えなさい。
